A shot of some of the clutter inside the local Salvation Army thrift store. You can't see it in this image, but the store staff will often do displays at the aisle end caps that are organized by colour. This one was red. I remember it because of the CANADA mug that had a chip on the top and with permanent stains inside. Priced for $4.99. Who pays that much for a damaged, dirty mug?
There was one item I wanted that day. It was at the other end of the aisle and it was done in green. There was a trout gravy boat. The top of the fish was open and the gravy poured out of its mouth. I took a picture of it, but it didn't come out (of course). I sort of wanted to buy El Fish the Gravy Boat because it was so horrible it came with its own bragging rights.
My wife saw me holding it and said one word: "Divorce."
I put it back.
